British Virgin Islands (B.V.I.) Overview:
British Virgin Islands International Business Companies (IBC) can be exempted from corporate tax, income tax, profit tax, property tax and all taxes and no exchange controls. British Virgin Islands are British territory, obtained autonomy in 1967, is one member of the Commonwealth.
B.V.I. Advantage:
- No foreign exchange control, unlimited free access to earnings and capital;
- The establishment of companies around the world can open bank accounts;
- Completely confidential, shareholders/directors will not be made public;
- No need to declare an annual profit and financial position;
- The shares can be transfer freely;
- Political stability.
BVI request
At least one person, can be any nationality of natural persons or corporate entities.
At the end of the company name: Company name must be end with such as: LIMITED, CORPORATION, INCORPORATED or their initials, such as: LTD, CORP; but should not the company name of "Trust" or "bank", or other similar means, unless these companies in the British Virgin Islands to obtain the corresponding license.
Corporate tax: no tax outside of local business activities.
Registered capital: authorized capital: US$ 50,000, divided into 50,000 shares of one U.S. dollars.
Company directors: one or more directors, may be a body corporate or a natural person of any nationality.
Company Secretary: random, it can be a natural person or body corporate. Company secretary generally performed by us, the cost has been included in the registration fee or annual fee.
Registration Address: required, must be in the local address. Generally, the registered address provided by us, the cost has been included in the registration fee or annual fee.
Registration Fee: Our registration fee HK$ 7,000, have included the companys registered agent fees, the first year of registered address charges, the first year of company secretary fees, license fees, the first year Government fees and full set of office start-up kit (which includes M&A, registers of members / directors / secretary, minute book, share certificate book, company metal seal and pre-inked chop, etc).
